Edcet 2010 | B.Ed. Notification 2010 | Education Common Entrance Test by Osmani University

Edcet will be conducted for admission to B.Ed. (Bachlor of Education) course (regular) in all the colleges of education in Andhra Pradesh. There has been increasing demand for Edcet with regular recruitment of teachers in the state. With the implementation of Pay Revision Comission from this year, salaries for teachers have gone up hence will result in more competition for Edcet this year.

APSCHE has assigned the responsibility of conducting EDCET 2010 to Osmania Universiry. The university set to release official notification for Edcet 2010 very soon.
According to the tentative schedule, Edcet 2010 will be held on 13th June 2010.

Eligibility for Edcet 2010:

* Candidate should have cleared any Degree (B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/ B.Sc (Home Science) / B.C.A/B.B.M) from any recognized University.
* Candidates who are going to appear for final year degree examination in 2010 are also eligible to apply.
* Candidates should also have completed 19 years of age on 01-07-2010.

Dates to Remember (To be confirmed after official notification):

* Date of issue of Edcet 2010 notification: 11 March 2010.
* Start of sale of applications: Third week of March
* Last date for submission of applications: 29 April 2010.
* Date of EDCET 2010: 13/06/2010
