The results can be accessed from apopenschool.org from 10 AM . The Minister of School Education Sake Shailajanath will release the Open School Tenth and Intermediate results. About 1,80,000 students were appeared for 10th and Inter examinations held in April 2012. Following are details of recounting of Intermediate Course Examinations.
AP Open School offer 10th and Intermediate courses in open and distance learning mode. Candidates can apply
for recounting of Intermediate answer sheets in the prescribed format. You can download application fomr from the

Recounting process includes Re-totalling, Marks for all answers are posted or not and Re-Counting of only those answers which are not awarded marks. Candidates should pay the fee of Rs. 200 per each answer script. They should pay the fee in the form of Intermediate Challan (Power Jyothi ) in SBI (SME Br.) Abids A/c. SPMVV Tirupati RESET 2012 for M.Phil and Ph.D Admissions

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to release EAMCET 2012 Ranks on 29th June 2012 instead of earlier announced date on 30th June 2012. The EAMCET 2012 ranks can be accessed from www.apeamcet.org , eenadupratibha.net, sakshieducation.com , school9.com, manabadi.com etc. The date has been preponed due to non availability of Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Technical Education Damodar Raja Narasimha on the said date.
EAMCET 2012 ranks will be announced at JNTU Kukatpally at 6 PM on 29th June 2012. The ranks will also be sent to the registered mobile phones of the candidates. The Board of Intermediate Education has already sent CD of Intermediate marks. There is a weightage for Intermediate marks in finalising EAMCET ranks.

NTR University MPT Results 2012 and Retotalling
Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada has released MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) results of the examinations held in May 2012. The provisional list of passed candidates can be obtained from ntruhs.ap.nic.in . Candidates need not apply for the split marks as the list is prepared after keeping the same information on the website.
Interested candidates can apply for retotaling in the prescribed format to the University on payment of Rs. 2000 per subject. Personal verification / identification by the candidate is not allowed. The retotalling will be done by a committee appointed by NTR University of Health Sciences.
The candidates those want to apply for retotalling of the answer sheets should submit filled in applications with the fee mentioned as per the instruction to the University on or before 10th July 2012. Candidates should note that the applications received by the University after 10-07-2012 will not be considered.

AIEEE 2012 Seat Allotments in CCB First Round Counseling
First round seat allotments of AIEEE 2012 counseling by CCB (Central Counseling Board) can be accessed from www.ccb.ac.in on 27th June 2012. Those alloted seat can download their allotment order and print the same for further reference and also for submission at the Reporting Center (RC). You will have three choices to choose at the time of joining in the allotted seat.
If you are satisfied with the allotted seat and like to join in that college / seat, you can select Option III. Then you will not be allowed to participate in further rounds. You can change your college / branch through internal sliding only. If you exercise Option I, you will be considered for next rounds of counseling for all the institutes. If you go for Option II, you can participate in the counseling with in the allotted institute only. There are several good institutes for AIEEE qualified candidates.

Engineering Management Quota to be increased from 2012
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to increase the Management Quota seats in Engineering Admissions from this year (2012-13). At present 70 percent of the engineering seats are being filled under EAMCET Convener through online web counseling. Remaining 30 percent seats are distributed as follows. 15 percent of the seats in over all 30 percent will be filled under Management Quota and another 15 percent will be allotted under NRI quota.
According to the latest reports, the Government is likely to cut down NRI quota to 5 percent and allocate 25 percent seats under Management quota. The proposed changes may not cut the number of seats available under Convener quota. The changes will be only within the 30 percent seats presently being filled under Management and NRI quota.
These changes may not bring any significant change in the pattern of admissions. Many colleges convert the vacant NRI quota seats to Management quota and fill them as per the fee charged for Management quota seats. Only reputed colleges are able to get the students under NRI quota. They can charge a whopping fee of Rs.2.5 lakhs for these seats.
According to the latest reports, the Government is likely to cut down NRI quota to 5 percent and allocate 25 percent seats under Management quota. DIETCET 2012 examination has been postponed from 8th July 2012 to 15th July 2012. Candidates those applied for DIETCET 2012 can download hall tickets / admit cards from the website dietcet.cgg.gov.in . DIETCET is an entrance examination conducted for admission to D.Ed (earlier known as TTC) course. Duration of this course is two years. 10th Advanced Supplementary Hall Tickets 2012
Candidates those applied for SSC / Tenth Class Advanced Supplementary Examinations 2012 can download hall tickets from the Board of Secondary Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) website at www.bseap.org . The examinations will commence from 20th June 2012 and will end on 2nd July 2012. You can download hall tickets from the website till an hour before the commencement of the supplementary examinations.

EAMCET 2012 Ranks and Marks on 30th June
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced that the EAMCET 2012 ranks and marks will be released on 30th June 2012. Lakhs of students and their parents are waiting for the announcement from the Government as the Intermediate results were released last week by the Board of Intermediate education (BIEAP). The EAMCET 2012 candidates are anxious to know their prospects in Engineering and Medicine and make the career choices based on their ranks.
Earlier, the Intermediate Board has informed the Government that the marks of Intermediate Supplementary Candidates are likely to be released in July 2012. But the Government has insisted the Board to release the results in June as there is mounting pressure on the Government to complete the EAMCET 2012 admission process.
Finally the BIE AP has decided to release Results of Intermediate Revaluation on 30th June 2012. The EAMCET 2012 marks and ranks will also be announced by 5 PM on the same day (30th June 2012). RGUKT Latest Admission Notification 2012-13 and New Procedure
The revised admission notification for RGUKT - IIITs will be released on 9th June 2012. According to the new notification, the online application process for RGUKT admissions 2012-13 will commence from 11th June 2012. 10th passed students can apply online or through AP Online centers till 30th June 2012. The application process has been postponed this year due to the Grading system in 10th Class / SSC examinations. RGUKTs have to formulate new admission criteria based on Grades system.

PGECET 2012 from 8th June - Duplicate Hall Tickets
Candidates those did not receive the hall tickets for PGECET 2012 examination can contact at the Helpline phone numbers 040 - 27097124 or 040 - 27097065. Candidates who could not download hall tickets through PGEET website can avail this opportunity and contact regional coordinators of the exam.

7 Percent Drop in OU Degree Results 2012
Osmania University has registered a drop in pass percentage of Degree Results for the third consecutive year. Though there may be several reasons such as regular disturbances and falling academic standards, OU has seen a huge drop of 7 percent this year in Degree results 2012 released on 6th June.
The pass percentage for the year 2011-12 is 42.87. It was recorded at 49.22 percent last year and 55.68 percent the year before. About 62,103 appeared for the final year degree exams this year and only 26,626 students cleared the examinations. If you take the last 5 years the failures have increased by about 15 per cent.
Interestingly OU has been accorded with status of University with Potential for Excellence by the University Grants Commission (UGC) this year. The OU directly monitors the academic standards of the degree courses offered by it's affiliated colleges. University should take the responsibility of maintaining quality of infrastructure and teaching standards.
