MBBS at AFMC Armed Forces Medical College

Armed Forces Medical College, known as AFMC - Pune, invites applications for admission to the MBBS course. This course will be commencing from August every year. Total number of available seats are 130 (This number including a maximum of 25 seats allotted for girl students). All the selected candidates...i.e., 105 boys and 25 girls should serve as commissioned officers in the Armed Forces after completing graduation.

Educational Requirement for MBBS at AFMC: Candidates must have cleared the +2 or Intermediate or any of its equivalent examination. Applicants must have studied in regular mode only. They should have studied English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and clear all the subjects in first attempt itself. Candidates should have secured at least 60 percent marks in aggregate in the three above mentioned science subjects.

Application forms along with information prospectus can be downloaded from AFMC website from December to January every year. Last date for receipt of completed applications will be usually in February. For applications, fee, other conditions and details, kindly visit www.afmc.nic.in .
