COMEDK Notification - Engineering, Medicine, B.Arch. in Karnataka

COMEDK (Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka) shall conduct a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech), Medical (MBBS) and Dental (BDS) Colleges in Karnataka for 2010-2011.

Courses offered through COMEDK in Karnataka: B.E. / B.Tech., MBBS, BDS
There will be no Entrance Test for Admission into B.Arch. Course in Karnataka.

Eligibility for COMEDK 2010:

For MBBS / BDS: Should have passed 10+2 with B.P.C. Subjects with at least 50 percent marks.
For B.E.: Must have cleared 10+2 with M.P.C. Subjects with minimum 50 % marks.
Candidates from Andhra Pradesh along with all other states are also eligible for COMEDK 2010.

Application process for COMEDK 2010:
Candidates must apply through online only.

Start of issue of online applications (MBBS/BDS & B.E.): 10/03/2010
Last date for receipt of filled–in application forms (MBBS/BDS & B.E.): 10/04/2010
Last date for dispatch of admission ticket (MBBS/BDS & B.E.): 16/04/2010
COMEDK UGET Test date: 09/05/2010

Important Dates for B.Arch.:
* Start of issue of online applications: 21/05/2010
* Last date for receipt of filled–in application forms: 24/06/2010
* There will be no entrance test for admission into B.Arch. Course in Karnataka.
