Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research - much popular as JIPMER announced notification for admission into MBBS course for the academic session starting July 2010. JIPMER is a premier institute for medical education in the country with tough competetion from students across India. JIPMER conducts all India level entrance test for admissions. Following are the details of MBBS admisions at JIPMER...

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have studied Higher / Senior Secondary Examination or Intermediate / +2 or any other equivalent examination. They must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Botany and Zoology at +2 level. Candidates should have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate (excluding English, a compulsory subject for all). Relaxations in marks applicable as per rules. Candidates appearing for their final year qualifying examination shall also apply. Eligible candidates shall apply online / offline.

Centres for Entrance Examination: Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bangaluru, Bhopal, Guwahati, Kolkatta, Nagpur, New Delhi, Puducherry and Thiruvananthapuram.
