Pondicherry University, one of the reputed central university in India has announced admission notification for the academic year 2012-13. The PU has excellent faculty and advanced facilities. The University is offering various Post Graduate, M.Tech., MBA, M.Com, M.Phil., Ph.D. Law and other courses. Admission to all these programmes will be through entrance examinations conducted by PU, Puducherry. Pondicherry University also offers Medical related courses through it's Medical Research Center. This Central University offers scholarships for all admitted students in various courses. Those admitted in Ph.D Programmes will get Rs. 5000 per month and Integrated PG - Ph.D. students will get Rs. 1000 for four semesters and Rs. 5000 for rest of the perios. Selection: Candidates will be selected based on a entrance examination to be held on 28-29th May 2011.
