Employees State Insurance Corporation is inviting applications in the prescribed format for fill up of 42 vacancies of Lower Division Clerks in Andhra Pradesh Region of E.S.I. Corporation. The initial pay for the selected candidates will be Rs.5830/- + Grade Pay of Rs.1900/- per month in the Pay Band of Rs.5200- 20200 along with allowances. The break-up of the vacancies is General- 29, SC-1, ST-1, OBC-11 posts. Candidates have to apply in prescribed format. Qualification: Should have passed in Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized Board. Working knowledge of computer and use Office Suites and Database is also essential requirement. Applicants also need typing speed of 40 words per minute in English or 35 words per minute in Hindi.
Selection will be made based on written test to be conducted in Hyderabad only. Scheme of Examination for written test consists two parts and Questions will be in Objective Multiple Choice Type only. Part-I: For 200 marks containing questions from 4 parts- English Language, General Intelligence and General Aptitude, Numerical Aptitude and General Awareness. Each question carry one mark. Duration is 3 hours. Part II consists of Computer Skill Test. Those qualified in Part-1 only will be allowed for Part-II of the test. Part-II of the test will consist of Skill Test in Computer Knowledge.
