CMC-Tata Consultancy Services Recruitment in AP and Tamilnadu

Tata Consultancy Services, one of the reputed IT and software services companies in India has taken up recruitment for its requirements in upcoming eGovernance projects in Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu. CMC, a subsidiary of TCS urgently requires staff for setting up Citizen Service Centers at various locations in Andhra Pradesh. These are Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Nizamabad, Tirupati and Visakhapatnam. It also recruiting candidates for these locations in Tamilnadu- Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Trichi and Thanjavur. All the candidates need excellent communication skills in local/ regional/ English and Hindi Language. They should have computer proficiency. Following are details of job vacancies:

1. Customer Service Manager: Applicants should have MBA in Finance / Operations Specialisations along with 6-10 years experience. They should have atleast 2 years experience in customer oriented services.

2. Accounts Officer: You need M.Com. with 5-8 years experience in a supervisory / accountant's role.

3. Team Lead: Talented graduates with MBA and 3-4 years experience can apply. Experience in a lead role for at least 1 year will be preferable.

4. Customer Service Executives: Any graduate with customer service orientation and 1-3 years experience in front office environment can apply for these vacancies.

5. Admin Executive: Candidates should have graduation along with 3-4 years experience in general administration activities.

6. Floor Coordinator: Applicants nee Graduation with 2-4 years experience in crowd management, resolve customer queries etc.
