AIMS ATMA Admissions 2011 for Management Courses

The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) is a conglomeration of 460 management schools across the country. AIMS conducts an examination called AIMS Test for Management Admission for selection of candidates to MBA, MCA, PGDM, PGDBA and other post graduate management courses in participant institutions. More than 90 reputed and high ranking institutes accept ATMA scores. Interested candidates can register online for the test visiting ATMA website www.atma-aims.org . Candidates can also get information regarding nature of the ATMA and list of institutes that accept ATMA scores on the above website.

Applications are available for sale at Axis Bank, Career Launcher, IMS Learning Centers, AIMS Member Institutes, Cerebral Heights, Career Forum or from the AIMS Office at Hyderabad and ATMA Office at Goa. These addresses are given below. Price of ATMA Bulletin is Rs. 900 in cash at the above centers. You can also get applications by post sending a DD for Rs. 950 in favour of 'ATMA' payable at Panaji to ATMA office. You must write your name, address, contact no on the backside of the DD.

Candidates can take sample tests on ATMA official website. The test Contains 170 Questions spread over Six Sections. Each Section is timed separately. Total time of the Test is 3 hours. The questions cover Analytical Reasoning Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Verbal skills. Following is the description of test and allotted marks:

1. Section I: Analytical Reasoning Skills - 30 Questions - 30 Marks
2. Section II: Verbal Skills- 25 Questions - 30 Marks
3. Section III: Quantitative Skills - 30 Questions - 30 Marks
4. Section IV : Verbal Skills: 25 Questions - 30 Marks
5. Section V: Analytical Reasoning Skills- 30 Questions - 30 Marks
6. Section VI: Quantitative Skills- 30 Questions - 30 Marks

1. Issue of ATMA Bulletin starts from: 11 October 2010.
2. Online Registration starts from: 11 October 2010.
3. Last date for issue of Bulletins: 22 November 2010.
4. Last date for online registration: 26 November 2010.
5. Date of Test (Pencil and Paper): 19 December 2010
6. Date of Results: 10 January 2011.
