NIMCET 2012 for MCA in NITs- Maulana Azad NIT

Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall conduuct NIMCET 2011 for admission to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course in all NITs in India. Admission to MCA course in NIT Warangal also will be through NIMCET only. NITs at Durgapur, Kurukshetra, Calicut, Surathkal, Agartala, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Allahabad, Raipur, Tiruchirappalli admit student into MCA through NIMCET 2011 for the academic year 2011-12. Number of seats in all NITs is 828. Duration of the course is 3 years.

Eligibility: Candidates should have Graduation / Bachelors Degree with any of the following subjects: Statistics / Business Mathematics / Mathematics / Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science / Business Statistics / Discrete Mathematics/ Elementary Mathematics / Computational Mathematics/ Elementary Statistics. You must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 / Intermediate level. You should have at least 60 percent marks in 10+2 and Degree levels.

Exam Pattern: NIMCET 2011 contains multiple choice objective type questions on the subjects of Mathematics, Analytical Ability and Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness and General English. 2. Closing of Online application process: 28th March, 2011
