GVK BioCampus Advanced Bioinformatics and PRD Admissions 2011

Bio-Campus, a division of GVK Bio, Hyderabad is offering short term job oriented training programmes to be started in February, March and April 2011. BioCampus is a training arm of GVK Biosciences private limited. GVK Bio also offers short terms summer projects of 1 month and 2 months duration. The institute shall provide placements for meritorious candidates in companies / institutes such as CCMB, PrayogNET Computing (India) Pvt Ltd, Aurigene, Avesthagen, BrainWave, Abacus Software, Frontier Lifesciences, BioMakro, Zydus Cadilla etc. Following are details of courses, eligibility and application procedure:

1. Protein Modeling and Rational Drug Design - PRD
2. Advanced Bioinformatics - ABI

Eligibility: Candidates with following degrees are eligible for the Biocampus programs.
1. Ph.Ds in any science discipline.
2. Postgraduates with specialization in any of the areas such as genetics, food sciences, microbiology, biotechnology, molecular biology, chemistry, physics, veterinary sciences, structural biology, agricultural sciences, mathematics and statistics.
3. B.Pharm, M.Pharm.
4. MBBS, MD, BE / B.Tech, ME / M.Tech., etc.
5. Software Professionals with minimum 2 years experience in programming also can apply for Bioinformatics course.

    There may be some in-house placement requirements for GVK-Bio. The course may be better in quality compared to formal educational institutes as the focus will be on industry oriented training. You can contact at the phone No. mentioned above for fee details.

    never join any course in gvk. it is just waste of time the faculty and admin will give u hand after completion of course. soon after u pay all the amount they will stop caring abt u and behave as if they are the worlds most talented ppl. and coming to placement its just a lie. very few ppl out of 100 get selected without any proper selection rule. so friends plz dont waste ur money(55 thousand for abi and 75000 for prd course) for course in gvk. if u want u can join in maitrivanam for just 3000 instead of wasting it on gvk bioscience.
