CUCET 2011-12 For MA, M.Sc. M.Phil in 7 Central Universities

Much awaited CUCET 2011 Notification has been released. Admission to 7 Central Universities will be through CUCET marks and interviews. The Central Universities offering admission for the academic year 2011-12 through CUCET 2011 are Central University of Bihar, Central University of Jharkhand, Central University of Karnataka, Central University of Kashmir, Central University of Kerala, Central University of Rajasthan, and Central University of Tamilnadu. Following are details of courses and application process:

Following is the list of programs offered in various central universities under CUCET 2011:

1. U.G. Programme (3 years): B.B.A - 30 seats

2. Integrated M.A. Programmes (5 years): In the subjects - English / Economics / Geography / Psychology / Mass Communication/ Business Administration / Indigenous culture.

3. Integrated M.Sc. Programmes (5 years) : Life Sciences / Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Economics / Applied Mathematics/ Applied Physics / Applied Chemistry.

4. M.Tech. Programmes (5 years): Nano Technology
5. Integrated Law Programme (5 years): B.A. LLB

6. M.A. Programmes (2 years): Economics / English / English and Comparative literature ? Hindi Classical Tamil / Convergent Journalism / Culture and Media Studies / Development Studies / Counseling Psychology / Communications and Media Studies / M.S.W. (Social Work)

7. M.Sc. Programmes (2 years): Plant Science/ Computer Science / Statistics/ Mathematics / Physics/ Biotechnology/ Environmental Science /Bioinformatics/ Financial Economics/ General Economics / Geospatial Applications in Regional Development / Plant Science/ Psychology/ Information Technology / Statistics (Actuarial) / M.Sc.
