Sri Venkateswara Vedic University - Tirupati (SVVU - Sri Venkateswara Veda Viswavidyalaya) announced admission notification for UG, PG, M.Phil. and Ph.D. Courses for the academic year 2011-12. Sri Venkateswara Vedic University is reputed for training in vedic education. SVVU is offering education free of cost and providing free facilities for selected students such as accommodation, clothing, hostel facilities. Candidates can also avail scholarships for all PG, M.Phil. and Ph.D. courses. SV Vedic University is offering the following courses in four faculties. SV Vedic University is offering three year Sastri Course (graduation) and two year Acharya Course (post-graduation) in the following subjects:

1. Vedadhyayana: Rigveda (Sakala) / Krishna Yajurveda (Taittiriya) / Suklayajurveda (Kanva) / Samaveda (Kauthuma)
2. Agama: Vaikhanasagama / Pancharathragama / Saivagama
3. Paurohitya: Asvalayana Paurohitya / Apastambiya Paurohitya/ Vaikhanasa Paurohitya / Paraskara Paurohitya
4. Vedabhashya: Krishnayajurvedabhashya / Suklayajurvedabhashya (Kanva)
