SV University Distance Education Admissions 2011-2012

Sri Venkateswara University (SVU), Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh has issued admission notification for various courses to be offered in the distance education mode for the academic year 2011-2012. Distance Programmes offered by Directorate of Distance Education (DDE) of the SV University are recognized by Distance Education Council, New Delhi. The University is offering M.A., M.Sc., MBA and MCA, Graduate courses (BA/ B.Com) through Open University System. BA and B.Com courses are offered for candidates without any formal education. Interested and eligible candidates can download application form and prospectus from websites www.svudde.org OR www.svuniversity.in SV University shall conduct entrance test for short listing candidates for B.Ed. and Open University System Courses. Following are details of various courses offered for 2011-2012:

1. M.A.: Political Science and Public Administration, Telugu, Economics, History, English, Hindi, and Sociology, Master of Social Work.
2. M.Sc.: Psychology, Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Mathematics and Computer Science.
3. Executive MBA (2 years)
4. MBA, MCA (3 years)
5. M.Com.
6. M.S. Public Relations
7. L.L.M.
8. B.A., B.Com., B.Li.Sc.
9. B.Ed. (Third Methodology)
10. B.Ed. (2 years) for graduates with 2 years of teaching experience.
11. P.G. Diploma Courses: IR and PM, Guidance and Counseling.

Applications can be obtained from designated branches of SBI and Andhra Bank at SV University Campus, Tirupati. You can also obtain applications and prospectus by post through paying the fee as online challan.
