ePASS Fee Reimbursement Scheme 2011-12 for Freshers - Online Application at ePass website

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced that the online application process for ePass (Electronic Payment and Application System of Scholarships) for the candidates joined in the academic year 2011-12 will commence from 17th October 2011. The Government of Andhra Pradesh is offering Post Metric Scholarships under Fee Reimbursement Scheme for number of professional courses at UG and PG level. Candidates pursuing BE, B.Tech., MBBS, Pharmacy, ITI, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M.E. programmes in recognised institutions and other professional and vocational Courses are eligible for these scholarships. These scholarships are made through Electronic Payment and Application System of Scholarships (ePASS). All the newly joined candidates during 2011-12 are advised to check their eligibility status through official website at epass.cgg.gov.in. Along with candidates from SC, ST, BC, Disabled categories, EBC and OC students with parental income of below Rs. 1 Lakh are also eligible to apply for these scholarships. Income limit for SC and ST candidates has been enhanced to Rs. 2 lakh. Fee Reimbursement for Freshers joined during 2011-12: Students those joined in colleges and pursuing Post Matric Courses like BE, B.Tech., ME, M.Tech, MBA, MCA and other professional courses are requested to submit online applications through epass.cgg.gov.in from 17th October 2011. Last date for the submission of online applications is one month from the starting of application process. Tentative last date is 16th November 2011. Candidates should have following documents and proofs along with them while applying online through epass website:

1. SSC Hall Ticket Number and year of Pass
2. SSC and Inter Marks Memos
3. Valid Email address
4. Photo (Scanned with prescribed memory and resolution)
5. Income Certificate duly signed by MRO / Tahsildar
6. Caste Certificate (Wherever applicable)
7. Bank Account No.

All the freshers joined during 2011-12 have to log on to epass.cgg.gov.in / epasswebsite.cgg.gov.in and apply before the last date. Eligible candidates have to register through above mentioned website. They can register their names with all the required details and have to submit Income Certificate as prescribed by the Government along with a Declaration on Non Judicial Stamp Paper duly signed by the candidate and his / her parent / guardian.

Candidates those applied in response to this notification shall also check the status of registration of their colleges and application through ePASS website. Online Registration process for Freshers / Newly joined in professional colleges in 2011-12 academic year in all the above mentioned professional and vocational courses will be updated on this blog time to time.
