CDAC Hyderabad Diploma Admissions 2012

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Hyderabad has announced notification for admission to its job oriented Diploma Programmes in Embedded Systems, System Software and Advanced Business Computing to be commenced from March 2012. C-DAC Hyderabad is offering these training programs through a network of over 8 centres spread across the country. The entire programme has been formulated by C-DAC Hyderabad. Course Fee is Rs. 60665 (Rs.55,000/- + Service Tax as applicable). Following are details of programmes:

1) Diploma in Embedded Systems Design (DESD)
2) Diploma in System Software Development (DSSD)
3) Diploma in Advanced Business Computing (DABC)

Eligibility Requirements: For DABC and DSSD Course, candidates should have an Engineering Degree (UG / PG) in Electronics / Computer Science and Engineering / Electrical / Electronics and Instrumentation / Electronics and Communication / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or MCA or M.Sc Computers with higher second class (55 percent and above) in the final degree. For DESD course, applicants should have Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronics and Communication / Computer Science and Engineering / Electronics / Electronics and Instrumentation / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or M.Sc Electronics / Instrumentation with higher second class (55 percent and above) in the final degree.

Selection Procedure: Selection of the candidates will be based on national level Common Entrance Test (CET) to be conducted for all the courses. This test will consist of objective type multiple choice questions from technical and aptitude aspects. Duration of the test is 120 minutes. Candidates will be selected based on performance in the CET, the preferences of course and the centre and applicant's academic record. 1) Last date of receiving CET applications: 10-01-2012
2) Date of Common Entrance Test (CET): 29-01-2012 (11.00 am -1.00 pm)
3) Date of declaration of CET results: 14-02-2012
4) Last date for Payment of Course Fee: 06-03-2012
5) Commencement of the Course: 12-03-2012
6) Conclusion of the Course: 11-08-2012
