IGNOU Admissions for January 2012 Session

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), The People's University, New Delhi has announced notification for walk in admissions for January 2012 session. IGNOU is offering various Masters, PG Diploma, Doctoral, Diploma, Certificate and professional programmes. IGNOU conducts admissions in two sessions every year along with online and walk in admission process for some courses. Following are details of admission notification for January 2012 session:

IGNOU offer various courses through these exclusive schools and centers of Agriculture, Information Sciences, Continuing Education, Education, Engineering and Technology, Extension and Development Studies, Foreign Languages, Development Studies, Health Sciences, Humanities, Interdisciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies, Law, Management Studies, Performing and Visual Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Translation Studies and Training, Tourism and Hospitality Services, Sectoral Management, Vocational Education and Training, Corporate Education, Training and Consultancy, Education for Sustainable Development and Educational Development of North Eastern Region Unit.

Interested candidates can obtain application forms from any regional center of IGNOU. In Andhra Pradesh, IGNOU regional centers are located at Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. Candidates can obtain details of programme specific eligibility, fee, selection procedure and application method from www.ignou.ac.in . IGNOU offer quality programmes with regular contact classes on online interface with students. Application fee is Rs. 100. Fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of 'IGNOU' and payable at concerned Regional Center. Last date for the receipt of completed applications for January 2012 session is 30th November 2011. Last date with a late fee of Rs. 200 is 15th December 2011.
