M.Tech in CBIT, MGIT Management Quota Admissions 2011

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) and Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT) have announced notifications for admission into M.E./ M.Tech programmes under management quota for the academic year 2011-12. Both CBIT and MGIT are well known technology institutes in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. CBIT has been ranked in top 10 institutes in AP and has consistent track record of quality teaching and placements. Following M.Tech / M.E. Programmes are available under Category - B or Management / NRI Quota

Programmes offered in CBIT:

1) ME Structural Engineering (Civil): 8 seats
2) ME Communication Engineering (ECE): 6 seats
3) ME CAD / CAM (Mechanical Engineering): 8 seats
4) ME Power Systems and Power Electronics (EEE): 6 seats
5) M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE): 12 seats

Programmes and seats available in MGIT under Management / NRI quota:
1) M.Tech Computer Networks and Information Security (CSE): 6 seats
2) M.Tech Mechatronics: 6 seats.

Eligibility: Applicants should have passed in BE/ B.Tech in 2011 or equivalent degree with minimum 60 percent marks. They should have qualified in GATE or PGECET examinations. Interested candidates can download applications from CBIT website at www.cbit.ac.in or www.mgit.ac.in . Last date for the receipt of completed applications is 22nd November 2011. List of short listed candidates will be displayed on CBIT website on 25th November 2011. Selected students have to report on 28th November 2011 at CBIT campus along with original certificates and prescribed fees.
