NIMS Diploma in Clinical Research Admissions 2011

Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad is inviting applications for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research for the year 2011-12. The programme is offered in part time mode. NIMS is a State-wide University established by the Presidential Order of 1974. It is a premier medical education and training institute in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Following are details of programme, eligibility and application procedure:

Post Graduate diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCLR): Duration fo the course is one year (12 months); Number of seats available are 30. Eligibility: Candidates should have passed in Bachelors degree in Medicine,
Dentistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences with minimum 50 percent aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates with experience in Clinical Research and Post Graduate qualification will be preferred.

Interested candidates should submit both soft and hard copies of the application form. You can download application form from www.nims.edu.in . Online filled application should be mailed to adatnims@gmail.com. Completed application forms should be printed, signed and sent to Associate Dean, Aptitude Testing, 1st floor, Millennium Block, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Punjagutta, Hyderabad 500 082 on or before 10th December 2011. Candidates should enclose a Demand draft for Rs.1,000/- drawn in favor of the Director, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences and dated between 19-11-2011 to 10-12-2011 along with filled-in application form. 1) Last date for the receipt of completed applications: 10-12-2011
2) Issue of interview letters for eligible candidates through E-mail: 15-12-2011
3) Date of Oral Aptitude Testing OR Interview: 17-12-2011
4) Display of merit list and those selected for admission: 20-12-2011
5) Date of admission, payment of fee etc: 26-12-2011
6) Commencement of classes: 02-01-2012
7) Closure of admissions for the yea 2011-12: 31st January 2012.
