PGECET- PGEC Final Phase Counseling 2011

APSCHE has released notification for Second Phase / Final Phase counseling for PGEC and PGECET 2011 qualified candidates. Admission to ME, M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Pharmacy, M.Planning and Pharm D (PB) programmes will be conducted through web counseling to be conducted as per the schedule mentioned below. Admission for vacancies of left over seats, cancelled and seats in added colleges will be filled through final phase counseling. Following are the details of certificate verification, entry of web options and seat allotments

Certificate Verification (All the candidates except special categories can attend at any helpline center):
1) 02-12-2011: Special Categories (Govt. Institute of Printing Technology, East marredpally, Secunderabad); Ranks 1 to last.
2) 02-12-2011: GATE, GPAT, PGECET (Ranks 1 to 6000 ) candidates: Ranks 1 to last as per their timings.
3) 03-12-2011: PGECET candidates: Ranks 6001 to 8000
4) 04-12-2011: PGECET candidates: Ranks 8001 to Last

GATE and GPAT Candidates whose certificates are already verified need not appear again for verification. Certificates to be produced, processing and course fee, instruction to exercise web options and vacancies available in various colleges are displayed on the website pgecet.apsche.ac.in

All the eligible candidates including those appeared in the first phase of PGEC and PGECET 2011 counseling are allowed to exercise web options from 03-12-2011 to 06-12-2011. Already admitted candidates also can exercise options. If the seat is allotted in the final / 2nd phase, the seat secured in the first phase will be automatically cancelled. College managements have to report the list of admitted candidates to pgecetadm2011@gmail.com on or before 02-12-2011. More details can be obtained from pgecet.apsche.ac.in .

    you people mentioned that, College managements have to report the list of admitted candidates to pgecetadm2011@gmail.com on or before 02-12-2011. kindly can you provide this information meaning in detail please.

    It has nothing to do with the students. That information is for Managements of the colleges. They have to report the list of reported / joined students to the concerned mail.

    Sir i got m.pharm seat through gpat...in allotmnt letr i have fee excemption..my fathers annual income is less than 1lakh...but yesterday i went to college to report then college managemant is saying to pay fee i.e 55thousand...what to do now

    Some colleges are saying to pay 55thsnd fee .. Some colleges are askng to pay fee...even to the students who have feee exemption..for gpat/gate people even in alltment letr we hace fee excemption
