NICMAR Admissions for PG Programmes 2012 - 2013

Hyderabad based National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has announced notification for admission to Post Graduate Diploma programmes in Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management and related disciplines. The institute has been achieving 100 percent placements and has good repute in the industry. NICMAR has campuses in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Goa. Following are details of programmes for the academic year 2012-13.

1) Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Duration is 2 years and offered from Pune Campus. Eligibility is Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture with minimum 50 percent marks.

2) Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM): This also offered from Pune Campus. Duration is 2 years. Eligibility requirements are same as above.

3) Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Duration : 2 years. The course is offered in Goa Campus only. Eligibility is same as for programme 1 and 2 above.

4) Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Duration is one year and the course is offered from Hyderabad Campus. Candidates with Degree or Diploma in Engineering are eligible.

Interested candidates can obtain application forms and prospectus from any office of NICMAR on payment of Rs. 1400. Fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of NICMAR, Pune. You can also download the application form from the NICMAR website at www.nicmar.ac.in and send it along with fee. Entrance exam will be held at Pune and Hyderabad.
