IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech Admissions 2012 and MS By Research

International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIITH) has announced notification for admission to B.Tech, B.Tech and MS By Research (UG + PG) courses for the academic year 2012-13. IIIT Hyderabad is one of the reputed technical institutions in India. IIIT Hyderabad has been providing 100 percent placements for all its candidates. The institute is also offering Trans- Disciplinary dual degree programs (UG and PG Research Programs).

IIIT Hyderabad uses AIEEE 2012 scores for admission to B.Tech but conducts its own counseling. So AIEEE 2012 rank holders have to apply through IIIT Hyderabad website instead of CCB (Central Counseling Board) of CBSE. Here are other details like courses and application procedure:

B.Tech. Programmes:

2. Electronics and Communications Engineering- ECE; Eligibility: AIEEE 2012 ranks

Dual Degrees: These enables students to acquire two degrees. These are B.Tech (Hons.) in CSE / ECE and MS By Research . Duration of the programme is five years. Following are other details of programmes:

A. For Humanities, Arts and Social Science : with Mathematics in Class XII OR

B. AIEEE Candidates
1. Dual Degree B.Tech. in CSE and MS by Research in Exact Humanities
2. Dual Degree B.Tech. in CSE and MY by Research in Computational Linguistics
3. Dual Degree B.Tech. and MS by Research in Computational Natural Sciences
4. Dual Degree B.Tech. and MS by Research in CSE
5. Dual Degree B.Tech. and MS by Research in ECE
