RAFT - Ramoji Academy of Film and Television Admissions 2012-13

Ramoji Academy of Film and Television (RAFT), Ramoji Film City has announced notification for various PG Diploma and Diploma Programmes for the academic year 2012-13. RAFT is a part of reputed Ramoji Group of companies owned by Ch. Ramoji Rao of Eenadu Group. There are excellent facilities in the form of labs, infrastructure, faculty and placement assistance. The RAFT is introducing Diploma in Digital Film Making and Diploma in TV Production and Management from this year. Following are details of courses, selection and application procedure:

Post Graduate Diploma Courses (2 years):
1) Direction and Screen Writing
2) Cinematography

Diploma Programmes (1 year)
1) Editing for Film and Television
2) Sound Recording and Designing
3) Television Production and Management
4) Digital Film making
5) Acting

Eligibility: Applicants should have Graduation in any discipline and those awaiting final year results are also eligible to apply. Candidates those want to join in Editing and Sound Recording courses need Intermediate / 10+2 examination and should have computer knowledge.

Interested candidates can download application forms from RAFT website at www.raft.ramojifilmcity.com . Application fee is Rs. 800 and it should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Ramoji Academy of Film and Television and payable at Hyderabad. Admitted candidates will get financial support in the form of Bank loans from Indian Bank. Last date for the receipt of completed applications is 1st June 2012. There will be entrance test on 20th June 2012.
