Senior Inter Improvement and Supplementary Exams 2012 Revised Schedule

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has changed the schedule of Intermediate Advanced Supplementary Examinations 2012. Here are the details of new schedule of senior inter improvement and supplementary exams along with fee payment and practical exams. The Government has decided to prepone the exams from 16th May 2012 to 25th May 2012. All the Intermediate qualified candidates can appear for these exams to improve their marks and grades. The decision has been taken on the grounds of controversy raised on the standards of Physics Question Paper. About 31 percent of the Inter students failed in Physics Paper and they have been demanding for the re-conduct of the exam. Following is the revised schedule of supplementary exams:

1) 16 May 2012: Physics Paper 1, Classical Language Paper 1, Physics Paper 2, Classical Language
2) 17 May 2012: Second Language Paper 1, 2
3) 18 May 2012: English 1, 2
4) 19 May 2012: Maths 1 A, 2 A, Botany, Civics, Psychology 1 ,2
5) 21 May 2012: Maths 1B, 2B, Zoology, History 1, 2
6) 22 May 2012: Chemistry, Commerce, Sociology, Fine Arts, Music Paper 1, 2
7) 23 May 2012: Economics Paper 1, 2
8) 24 May 2012: Geology, Home Science, Public Administration, Language, Geography, Bridge Course Mathematics (BiPC) 1 ,2
9) 25 May 2012: Modern Language 1, 2

Exams will be held from 8 AM to 11 AM in the morning session and from 2 PM to 5 PM in the afternoon session. Candidates should pay the fee on or before 3rd May 2012. Practical Examinations will be held from 28th May 2012 to 31st May 2012. Environmental Examination will be held on 1st June 2012.

    i have fail in inter 2nd year in one subject (chem) can i write the improvement( phy & m-2B ) while attempting supplymentary exam. plz give more information on this.

      Hi Sam,
      Yes. You can write improvement examination for other subjects and also appear for Advanced Supplementary exams in Chemistry. Refer today's Eenadu daily for more clarity on this.

      Yes. You can write one or more than one subjects in improvement exams. There is so much time EAMET counseling. Do nor worry about that. All the best.

    Hey, now this INTER 2nd yr improvement exams have put everyone in a dilemma..cant understand anything..some say that if we write improvement, we wont be eligible for eamcet 1st councilling, and other exams like bitsat, srm etc..dont know wt to do..plzz can anyone guidee...??

    Can any one clarify on supplementary exams and BITSAT

    My question is i was told that only if all the 3 subjects are appeaered for then only BITSAT team will consider the new result. Is it so?
    I have applied for 2nd year physics only for improvement.

    Yes. Those appear for only one subject in improvement may not eligible for BITSAT. The guidelines on the BITSAT website are very clear. They are saying that a candidate must appear in all the main subjects if he takes more than one attempt to complete the qualifying examination and the latest marks only will be considered.

      Need not worry about that. Best of the two exams will be considered. As you have already passed in March attempt, that will be taken into account if you fail in improvement exam.

      You are not eligible for BITSAT 2012. You should appear for all the main subjects (not any one) in improvement exams. They will take the marks of latest exam.

    sir,I wrote JEE mains in 2014.I didn't get good seat.My inter score is 965 in AP state board.I want to join a local EAMCET based college this year and appear for mains again next year.Is it possible.If yes is it required to write all subjects of board exams again or only those in which I got less marks?If I get less
