Gitam University GAT 2012 Counseling Schedule and Results

Prestigious deemed university in Andhra Pradesh, Gitam University has announced GAT 2012 (Gitam Admission Test 2012) Results. The online entrance exam was conducted on 15th April across the country. The Gitam University has also released admission counseling schedule for the academic year 2012-13. Gitam University is offering Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech), Management, Sciences and various other courses. Results of GAT 2012 can be obtained from the University website at www.gitam.edu .

Gitam admission Counseling will commence from 22nd June 2012. Counseling will be held at Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Hyderabad, Bangalore in Online mode. Counseling for PH candidates will be held at Visakhapatnam only. Counseling for B.Tech courses will be held on 27th June 2012. For M.Tech programmes, counseling will be held on 29th, 30th June 2012 at Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad.

About 45000 candidates appeared for GAT 2012. About 20000 candidates were appeared from Andhra Pradesh only. GITAM has announced that top 10 rankers in GAT 201 will get free education. Next top 90 rankers will get 50 percent fee waiver in B.Tech programmes. Top 10 rankers of GAT 2012 are from Sri Chaitanya and Narayana Junior Colleges in Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad.
