Inter First Year Revised Text Books and Model Papers from 2012

The Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) has released revised textbooks for Intermediate First Year (MPC and BiPC Groups). The Board has told the students to strictly follow the new text books as they were prepared considering the weightage of Inter marks given in competitive exams. The syllabus has been revised for Mathematics and Science Subjects. The BIE, AP has released new textbooks of Mathematics IA and IB, Chemistry, Physics, Botany and Zoology and English version of the books will be available in the open market from Thursday.

Model papers: The Telugu Akademi will publish and distribute the Intermediate Text Books. The text books also consist of model question papers. They were printed in the respective text books of all the subjects to guide the students. The changes in syllabus and text books have been made following the demand from parents and students to make it more suitable for national level engineering and medical entrance exams. The Intermediate authorities have informed that the new syllabus will be close to the CBSE curriculum.

The changes made in Intermediate Syllabus will equip with the skills to compete effectively in all the national level competitive examinations. Students will now be able to understand the basics of the subjects through revised text books. The changes have also become imminent in the context of IITs and NITs likely to carry weightage of Intermediate marks from 2013-14.
