OU Diploma in French and German Admissions 2012-13

Osmania University (OU), Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh is inviting applications for admission to Diploma Courses in Foreign Languages for the academic year 2012-13. Osmania University is offering 4 months Junior / Senior Diploma courses in French / German. The university is also offering Advanced Diploma (One academic year) course in French / German. Eligibility requirements: For Junior Diploma courses, candidates should have passed in Intermediate or equivalent examination. For Senior Diploma course, candidates with 50 percent marks in Junior Diploma or in Second Language at Graduation level with 50 percent marks are only eligible to apply. Candidates with 50 percent marks in Senior Diploma are only eligibility for Advanced Diploma.

Candidates who have learnt the concerned languages from other institutes have to appear for a Special Entrance Test to be conducted in the University College of Arts and Social Sciences, Osmania University. Applications are available with the Department of Press and Publications, Osmania University Campus. Last date for the submission of filled in applications is 12th July 2012.
