Dr KV Rao Scientific Society Quiz Competition 2012-13

Here is a great opportunity for school students to bring out their inherent talent. Dr. K.V. Rao Scientific Society has announced 7th Annual Science Quiz Competition for the year 2012 – 2013. The society will give Science Quiz Awards for the winners of the contest. School students in Andhra Pradesh studying in 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th classes can apply for this contest.

KVRSS is inviting application from the students of all the districts of AP to participate in the Annual Science Quiz 2012-13. School students of Classes 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th will be divided into four zones and each zone will be represented by a city where the quiz shall be held. Top two teams from each zone will participate in the mega final to be held in Hyderabad.

Students from Registered Schools in Andhra Pradesh can apply. They have to participate in their respective zone only. Other zone candidates are not allowed to participate. There is no registration fee for competition. Candidates will have to arrange travel and accommodation on their own. The six teams selected for respective zonal finals will be eligible to reimburse the travel expenses.
