Edu News - NTSE in Economics and Computer Courses

October 17: The District Educational Officer (DEO), Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) has notified that Economics subject will be introduced in National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) and National Merit cum Means Scholarship Scheme Examination from this year onwards. Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, History, Geography and Political Science subjects are already covered in both the examinations.

NTSE is a talent search examination conducted by NCERT for school students at the state and national levels. Selected candidates will get scholarships from the Govt. of India. There will be a screening test at the state level initially and those qualified at state level will go for national level test.

AMS Courses: Andhra Mahila Sabha (AMS) Courses: Literacy House, Andhra Mahila Sabha is launching new batches in Computer Fundamentals, MS Office and Internet and Tally Courses from 25th October 2012.
