NEET in Telugu Language from 2013 for AP Students

Here is a good sign of relief for the candidates going to appear for NEET 2013-14 from Andhra Pradesh. The Union Minister for Health and Medical Education Gulam Nabi Azad has announced that the NEET 2013 will be held in Telugu Language along with several other regional languages.

Azad said that the NEET (National Eligibility and Entrance Test) will be held in Hindi, English, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi and Telugu languages.

The NEET will be conducted in the regional languages of the states which have separate entrance examinations for Medical admissions prior to the introduction of NEET. Odisha did not conduct any separate entrance for Medical admissions hence there will be no need to conduct NEET in Odisha language.

The Board of Intermediate Education (BIEAP) is gearing up to conduct special classes foe the candidates attending for NEET from 26th December 2012. The teacher training also has been commenced by the BIEAP.
