Online Certificate Attestation and Authentication in Andhra Pradesh 2013

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to facilitate online attestation and authentication for the certificates of educational qualifications and other certificates (birth, marriage, divorce and death etc.) as required by the students aspiring to go abroad for higher education and employment. The online attestation and authentication will be done through the website http://www.apnri.ap.gov.in .

Following are the requirements to be fulfilled to get authentication of certificates:

1) Original Passport (This will be returned after verification)
2) Original certificates have to be notarized on backside
3) DD for Rs.250 per certificate (Rs. 500 if applied in Tatkal) has to be taken in favour of Special Secretary to Government (Protocol), GA (NRI) Department, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad.

4) Admission Letter / Job Offer Letter from concerned university / organisation.
5) Certificates of SSC and Intermediate (Both front and back xerox after notarization)
6) Xerox copy of passport.

If the concerned person is in Abroad, a fax copy of all the entries, residential permit, visa page and airport arrival stampings have to be produced. In case the candidate is not able to present himself, he can authorize his blood relation person for authentication. For more details, see the website www.apnri.ap.gov.in .
