Telangana Govt to review Telugu and Social Studies Textbooks

The Telangana Government has decided to review the text books of Social Studies and Telugu subjects to bring necessary changes that will focus the history, culture, literature and arts of Telangana State.

The Telangana Government has formed two separate committees to review the textbooks of Telugu and Social Studies.

The review committee on the changes in Social Studies textbooks consists of TJAC Chairman, Prof. Kodanda Ram and various other social scientists.

The committee on Telugu literature textbooks consists of Chukka Ramaiah (educationist), Nandini Siddha Reddy (Poet and writer) and Desapathi Srinivas (OSD on Education).
