16 Engineering Colleges Booked in Telangana for Cheating Students - 2015

The Government of Telangana has booked cheating cases against 16 engineering colleges in the state for duping the parents and students. The JNTU Hyderabad has lodged complaints against these colleges and the investigation is initiated by the police. There are 10 colleges from Hyderabad, 4 from Nalgonda and one each from Khammam and Warangal districts.

2. Arjun College of Engineering and Technology
3. St. Peters Engineering College
4. Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Engineering
5. Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering
6. Bandaru Srinivasa Rao Engineering College
7. Krishna Murthy Institute of Technology
8. Siddhartha Institute of Technology
9. Princeton Institute of Engineering and Technology
10. Kommuri Pratap Reddy College of Engineering and Technology
11. Kodada Institute of Technology and Sciences for Women, Kodada.
12. Ashoka College of Engineering
13. Sarada College of Engineering
14. Adams College of Engineering, Paloncha, Khammam district.

The colleges are reportedly hired the staff for duping the inspection teams of the JNTUH. The same staff has been allegedly named in several colleges as Principals and lecturers.
