Sarojinidevi Eye Hospital - Diploma Courses 2015

Sarojinidevi Eye Hospital, Hyderabad is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admissions into Diploma courses for the academic session 2015-16. The selection will be made through written test / interview.

Diploma courses : Ophthalmic Assistant Courses.
Eligibility : Applicants must have passed in Intermediate with Biology / Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
Duration of course : 2 years.
Age : Minimum 17 years and maximum 20 years.

The application fee is Rs. 100 in the form of DD drawn in favour of Superintendent, Sarojinidevi Eye Hospital, Hyderabad which should be enclosed along with application form.

The completed application form along with relevant documents and fee DD should reach the Superintendent, Sarojinidevi Eye Hospital, Mehadipatnam, Hyderabad. Last date for the receipt of filled in application form is 30th July, 2015.
