Bharati Scheme for Education by AP Brahmin Welfare Corporation 2017-18

Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation (ABC) has introduced Bharati Scheme for Education (BSE) for the academic year 2017-18. Under Bharati scheme, prescribed amount shall be paid to the selected applicants as one time financial assistance. The objective is to encourage Brahmin students and applicable for Brahmin students of Andhra Pradesh covering all 13 districts.

Eligibility Requirements:

Annual income should be below Rs. 300000 and the students should belong to Brahmin community. They should be pursuing regular courses.

Application Procedure:

Eligible candidates shall fill their application online
(www.andhrabrahmin.ap.gov.in) only in the prescribed format. (In case of any

Selection process:

Shortlisting and finalisation of applicants shall be done by the State Level
Selection Committee (SLSC), giving priority to the following categories:
1) Orphan
2) Single mother
3) Physically challenged
4) Girl student
5) Economically very poor
