Rashtriya Indian Military College - Dehradun
Rashtriya Indian Military College has issued Notification for the Entrance
Examination for admission into VIII Class in the R.I.M.C., Dehradun for the Term
July-2019. The Written Examination will be held on 01/12/2018 (Saturday) and
02/12/2018 (Sunday) at Vijayawada. The Viva Voce will be held on 04/04/2019.
Only Boys from Andhra Pradesh are eligible for admission to the RIMC
Examination.
Candidates appearing for the above test should not be less than 111/2
years in age but should not have attained the age of 13 years as on 01/07/2019
i.e., they should have been born not earlier than 02/07/2006 and not later than
01/01/2008. The candidate should either be studying in Class VII or passed Class
VII from any recognized School at the time of admission to the RIMC i.e., on
01/07/2019 exclusively from the state of Andhra Pradesh consisting of 13 Districts
only.
The prospectus-cum-application form and booklet of old question papers
can be obtained directly from the Asst. Secretary (Exams), A.P. Public Service
Commission, New Heads of the Departments's Building, 2nd Floor, Near RTA
Office, Opp:Indira Gandhi Municiipal Stadium, M.G. Road, Vijayawada, Andhra
Pradesh-520 010 or the Rashtriya Indian Military College, Garhi Cantt, Dehradun,
Uttarakhand, Pin-248003 on submitting Demand Draft of Rs. 600/-for General
candidates and Rs.555/- for ST/SC candidates along with Caste Certificate and
enclosing self addressed (clearly Typed/Written in capital letters with pin code
and contact number) cover size 40 x 30 cm duly affixing postal stamps worth of
Rs. 120/- (Rupees One Twenty only).
The Demand Draft will be made in favour of "The Commandant, R.I.M.C
Dehradun, Drawee Branch, State Bank of India, Tel Bhavan (Bank Code
No.01576), Dehradun, Uttarakhand. RIMC / APPSC will not be responsible for any
postal delay or loss in transit of prospectus caused by illegible or incomplete
address. The requisition for prospectus-cum-application form shall reach on or
before 20/09/2018.
Filled-in application forms in duplicate along with necessary certificates
should be sent to the Asst. Secretary (Exams), A.P. Public Service Commission,
New Heads of the Departments's Building, 2nd Floor, Near RTA Office, Opp:Indira
Gandhi Municiipal Stadium, M.G. Road, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh-520 010 on
or before 30.09.2018.
